It was my first visit 2 weeks ago and I will definitely staying with them. The staffs are friendly, you wont feel awkwardness or shyness because they take care of you. The doctor that examined me is on point. Highly recommended.

I just had my second eye exam here recently and it was another great experience. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They were able to answer my questions and help me with the concerns I had. I really like how they let me know what my insurance benefits are, especially when it comes to picking out new frames. I chose two frames and they were able to give me price quotes. It showed the breakdown of each item and add on, as well as the price it would be with my insurance and the price without. That definitely helped me to make a decision on which frame to buy. Following the Covid guidelines, they encourage social distancing, wearing face masks, and they sanitize their equipments and supplies after each patient use. I liked that I was able to try on frames and I was given a basket to put the frames I tried on so that they can sanitize it for the next customer. They’re also one of the few places where they would sanitize their pens. I felt safe on my recent visit and it’s always a nice experience. I highly recommend Vision Care Center of Waipahu!

​​​​​​​As a twenty year client of Vision Care in Waipahu, I can truthfully say that every visit is like a family re-union. The staff are always smiling and very helpful, Dr. Chang has been my Dr. for 20 years and frankly I would not want anyone else. He is highly professional and he explains everything crystal clear. After 20 years of using this clinic, I can recommend it without reservation. Put your eyes in the care of people who do a superb job.

​​​​​​​Always been a 'family first' operation!

We've been 'seeing' them, Vision Eye Care Center since my wife was a child and our kids are patients there too. I was with those Big chain stores till my wife suggested to 'look at' Vision Eye Care Center. They have always 'viewed' us as part of their Ohana. The doctors & assistants are very knowledgeable and courteous. They make the whole process seem 'clearer' when it comes to Eye health, insurance and financing. We recommend them very much!
